How It Works & How We Do It

Our audit methodology complies with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and the ICPAK Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants, ensuring reliability, transparency, and compliance with legal frameworks.

  • External and Statutory Audits: Conducted in compliance with the Companies Act, 2015 (Sections 707–717) and Public Finance Management Act, 2012 (Sections 163–165) for public entities. We ensure that financial statements present a true and fair view in accordance with IFRS and applicable laws.
  • Internal Audit and Risk Management: Assessment of internal controls, governance, and operational efficiency in line with Public Finance Management Regulations, 2015, and Risk Management Frameworks recommended by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
  • Compliance and Performance Audits: We evaluate compliance with statutory obligations and assess the economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of operations — guided by the Public Audit Act, 2015 (Sections 9–12) and PFM Act, 2012.
  • Forensic and Investigative Audits: Targeted audits to detect and prevent fraud or financial irregularities in accordance with the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act (POCAMLA), 2009 and Public Officer Ethics Act, 2003.
  • Donor-Funded and Special Purpose Audits: We conduct audits for grants, projects, and NGOs in line with donor guidelines (USAID, EU, UN) and International Standards on Related Services (ISRS 4400).
